Fabulous day from start to finish, I loved all the small details, the branding, the goodie bag, the gorgeous manual, breakfast, lunch & drinks. Your wealth of knowledge, the science and you're down to earth but professional approach. Iv used Ink for near on a decade.....so proof that you can actually teach an old dog new tricks lol.
